Full Service Healthcare Recruitment Services

While most of our clients prefer a contingency arrangement, sometimes additional resources are required to produce desired outcomes. This might be the case for confidential searches or time sensitive recruitment initiatives. These additional services include email marketing campaigns, direct mail marketing, dedicated procurement, written monthly progress reports, providing travel arrangements, submitting written transcripts from candidate references, and providing relocation assistance.

Our full-service search process is set up as follows:

1. Conduct an on-site consultation and evaluation to determine strategies for successful recruitment.
2. Design targeted marketing campaigns describing your opportunities.
3. Design a suitable agreement/contract between candidate and client. (If Needed)
4. Screen potential candidates to determine the level of interest and compatibility with your opportunity.
5. Perform initial reference checks on candidate(s) and provide written transcripts for clients’ review. (If Required)
6. Provide resume and candidate profile to client explaining the details of all conversations to include; relevant experience, motivations for the change, family circumstances, career goals, and financial expectations.
7. Arrange complete travel accommodations, interview itinerary and other travel related details for the candidate. (If Needed)
8. Act as liaison on behalf of client in negotiating a mutually acceptable contract with candidate.
9. Assist candidate by providing relocation resources and guidance. (If Needed)
